Hi, I’m Tanya!
I’m a North London-based Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specialising in helping women over 40 feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.

I work with clients 1:1 in their homes, designing personalised sessions that meet them exactly where they are physically and emotionally.

My own fitness journey has grown and shifted through the years from navigating motherhood to the changes that come with midlife. I know what it’s like when your body doesn’t respond the way it used to, and how overwhelming it can feel trying to get back on track. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to support other women in the same stage of life.

Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or working through menopause, I’m here to guide you with expert training and a whole lot of encouragement.

My approach combines strength training, mobility, core work, and nutritional guidance to help you feel your absolute best—inside and out.

I’m a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I specialise in helping women
especially in their 40s and 50s feel strong, confident, and full of energy.
I know how tricky it can be to stay fit as we get older, but with the right approach,
it’s absolutely possible to feel amazing in your body.
2.Online Training
​
If you want hands-on support, I’ll bring the workout to you literally!
I provide one-on-one sessions in the comfort of your home, with all the equipment
you need.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve mobility, or just feel better in your
skin, I’ll create a plan that fits you and your lifestyle.
